These Tasks Await
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Consulting the management level in matters of recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Developing sustainable recruitment and talent acquisition strategies 
  • Representing the company at job fairs and career events
  • Serving as a point of contact with external tax advisors, vendors, administrators
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases: administration of personnel files, creating and updating company documentation
  • Assisting the execution of personnel budgets incl. the estimates of the costs of wages and salaries and maintenance of staff, social costs, training and staff development costs 
  • Responsible for the development of analyses on staff numbers and structure, salary accrued and paid, the effectiveness of staff training and development funds, turnover
  • Prepares operational reports and systematically briefs company management on current and emerging tasks and issues in the area of personnel management 
  • Develops and proposes innovative approaches to improve personnel management, enrich the subject of the department's activities, increase work efficiency and organization of working hours
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee questions
  • Organize surveys of work motivation, organize competitions of offers of training companies and institutes, evaluations of programs, projects, methodological and other training materials, addressed to the qualification needs of staff in the company;
  • Organising team-building trainings and company events  
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Represents the company's interests in the field of social affairs and professional qualification, external institutes, non-profit organizations, trade union organizations, etc. Within the limits of delegated authority
This Profile Is Matching With Us
  • Solid understanding of market conditions, job competencies, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment and negotiation techniques
  • Exceptional listening, presentation and communication skills and the ability to tailor communications to different audience
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition expert, at least 2 years in dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Focused and with an eye to detail
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making skills and proactiveness
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good computer literacy, working with specialized software; knowledge of computer and other information systems and apparatus related to the performance of work and/ or job duties
  • Professional experience: experience in a similar position is an advantage
  • A profound understanding of the Bulgarian labour law 
  • Combinative and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Be able to respect the personal dignity and rights of every supervisor, employee or worker in the organization.
