These Tasks Await

Support the PM team in implementing project-related plans and strategies, under close supervision
Steer our workflow processes through different departments in order to execute all planned activities in line with given deadlines
Prepare tasks with detailed instructions for the individual departments
Implement technical fixes on our domains
Perform quality assurance throughout the various stages of production, i.e. proof reading, technical checks etc. 
Make sure that the final product complies with all the set requirements  
Ensure proper project documentation, debriefing and feedback 
Maintain a thorough knowledge of your projects, including monitoring of activities  
Curate and occasionally update content in WordPress 
Contribute to improving the process by giving suggestions when/if further optimization is needed

This Profile Is Matching With Us

At least one-year experience of web-development disciplines: content (WordPress), design, code/HTML basics, SEO basics (SEO tools and on-page optimization ) and/or QA of websites  
Familiarity with project management or leading content-related projects of small to middle complexity  
Track record of working with a variety of teams and departments, including international settings
Hands-on experience with content-management systems, especially WordPress  and project management systems, especially Asana
High proficiency in spoken and written English. Any other language will be considered a plus
Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to planning Ability to prioritize   
Strong communication skills  
High attention to detail 
Experience with or keen interest in affiliate marketing
Experience with task management systems, especially Asana
Openness to working on a diverse set of content products
