We want to expand our team!  We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager.
These Tasks Await

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of human resources as the contact person for all personnel-related topics from recruitment to offboarding 

Key responsibilities include: 
 
Recruitment
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations. 
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and successful hires. 
  • Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect current requirements. 

German Labor Law Compliance
  • Stay current with German labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are in full compliance. 
  • Create employment contracts, addendums, and termination documents. 
  • Prepare various HR-related documents, ensuring completeness and precision. 
  • Advise management on legal matters related to employment, termination, and other HR issues. 
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures to align with local laws. 

Payroll Preparation
  • Manage payroll preparation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

Employee & External Relations
  • Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating effective communication. 
  • Maintain contact with external partners, including insurance providers and government authorities in Germany and internationally. 
  • Assist employees with visa-related tasks, ensuring compliance with immigration laws. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management. 

Training and Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees. 
  • Support the implementation of employee training initiatives to enhance skills and productivity. 

Other Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Drive the continuous development of HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Support the initiatives that foster teamwork, collaboration, and camaraderie among employees. 

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager. 
  • In-depth knowledge of German labor laws and regulations. 
  • Fluent in German and English (our company language), with excellent communication skills in both languages. 
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other field. 
  • Hands on mentality – no task is too small or too big.  
  • Positive, friendly and professional attitude.
