We want to expand our team! We are currently looking for a HR Generalist (f/m/x) to support our team.

These Tasks Await
  • Take ownership of the whole recruiting cycle (including posting/reviewing job adverts, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the appointments)
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies 

  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programmes 

  • Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company 
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, update policies and procedures when necessary 
  • Maintain employee and workplace privacy 

Your Profile
  • Professional English skills in written and verbal form   
  • German skills a big plus 
  • Practical experience in the recruitment field (including screening, interviewing, and negotiating) 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 

  • Experience with Personio (or similar HRM-tools)  

  • Your work style is characterized by a high degree of independence and structure  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to balance decisiveness with empathy 
  • Work experience in HR a big plus
